Exchanges and Returns

At Freak Flops, we strive to provide you with all the necessary information to help you choose the perfect product, minimizing the need for exchanges. However, we understand that exceptional situations may arise, and we will accept exchanges as long as the following conditions are met:

Exchange Policy:

  • The product must be in perfect condition, unused, and unwashed.
  • No more than 30 days should have passed since the purchase.
  • If the product is defective or damaged, it can be exchanged up to 90 days after purchase.
  • If the package is returned to our offices due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will be responsible for the cost of the second shipment.

Before requesting an exchange, please note: Any signs of use or damage to the product will disqualify it from being exchanged.

International Exchange Costs:
For international orders, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs of the exchange, unless the product was defective upon arrival.
